  • Share policy briefs and updates informed by member needs

Workforce Development
  • Introduce young Pennsylvanians to outdoor recreation careers through the Pass Program (reaching 4th & 5th graders statewide)
  • Connect high school students to career pathways through awareness events
  • Provide career resources for guidance counselors via white papers and resources
  • Offer professional skill training (risk management, lift maintenance, snowmaking)
  • Partner with Basecamp Jobs to connect job seekers regionally/nationally to PA outdoor recreation careers
Marketing & Promotion
  • Highlight diverse outdoor activities.
  • Drive visitation and spending to member businesses through statewide access program
  • Create repeat visitation as families return to explore new providers
  • Build early engagement with outdoor recreation as accessible and desirable
